About Us

At IMPACT EDI we believe that Diversity Management, which includes inclusion and equity, should be integrated into every facet of business and education. We have a healthy obsession with organizational data and industry research that proves that organizational diversity carries with it a tangible number of benefits that hold a direct correlation to the overall success of the organization. We know that companies and schools that have a diverse population, and have organizational leaders who make belongingness through diversity and inclusion, and equity key imperatives, are more successful. We assist organizations in taking a look at diversity from the periphery to gain additional perspectives.  Using equity as a goal, we  then place diversity and inclusion at the center of the key systems and processes.  so that people are comfortable taking risks, sharing ideas, being fully themselves, and they feel invested in their own success and the success of the organization at every level.

We provide consulting and support for organizations desiring to strengthen their committment to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging. We do this by assisting you in building and rolling out customized DEIAB frameworks; creating corresponding processes; writing and documenting corresponding policies and SOPs; and delivering impactful trainings, workshops, events, and talks. Some of our more popular training/workshop hybrid sessions focus on Unconscious Bias; Emerging Identities and Intersectionality in The Workplace; Cultural Competence; and Inclusive Leadership. Our track record has shown to produce meaningful and measurable change within the organizations with which we partner.

We work in partnership with your team to assess your organization’s climate and culture, as well as your collective cultural competency needs.  We then develop and execute a customized- data informed and back by research, series of initiatives that address and improve them.

Our Mission and Vision

ImpactEDI™ is a small woman owned and minority owned consulting firm and social benefit organization committed to the work of shifting societal norms through education, unification, dialogue and impactful change related to gender, race, cultural competency, bias, inclusion, and the attainment of equitable outcomes.  We strive to positively influence mindset shifts and produce meaningful and measurable change within your organization, school, or community.  We work with individuals and teams, professionals, and community members to gain fluency and greater capacity when navigating the conversations, work, and change related to systemic racism and/or prejudice, discrimination of any kind, or antagonism connected to culture.

Our mission is to provide organizations with the data, tools, and support needed in establishing workplace and school communities that understand, embrace, appreciate, and grow diversity and inclusion. We do this by building leadership capability and organization capacity.

Our vision is to help create a world where everyone matters,  everyone gets their needs met, and everyone’s included.
